OUR 2026 FAMILY REUION - Still Together, Still Strong!!!

Hello Family, 

This year our reunion, Sept 4th and 5th, was a huge success. It was great seeing everyone. The direct feedback I recevied was overwhelming positive; however, the feedback others received was not so favorable. 

Each year for the past 18 years, I have been the coordinator and the prayers and support has allowed us to have wonderful reunions and each year has had it difficulties but in the end the reunions occur successfully. Yes, I do oversee the reunion and all decisions made I take ownership and I'm responsible, I don't make all the decisions alone. Each branch that cares to be apart has representation and my ear. We do not entertain foolishness but all reasonable concerns and request are taken underconsideration and implemented if all possible. 

Each year we strive to make the next reunion bigger and better, and if we don't succeed its not because we don't give it the old "Holloway" try. 

Skipping a year or not having the reunion is not an option. The only year we haven't had our reunion was 2020 due to covid and that broke our hearts and in that year our family had losses due to covid as well. 

I thank God for what we have accomplished over the years. We have went from just throwing things together but becoming more organized in every way from how are contributions are received; to our t-shirt orders; to the way our kitchen is ran. This has been no easy task but it took time and effort and throughout the years we have gotten better and stronger. 

We have had opposition, yes from family members; but regardless we have, reviewed the issues and address them amicably head on. I am glad to say, regardless, every family member is welcomed to our reunion each and every year, no matter what their stance of how the reunion is ran. Not everyone can be a leader but everyone can assist in making each reunion succsessful. If YOU want to be apart, nothing is stopping you, come be apart. 

2027 we will move forward "Still Together, Still Strong!!!" and most of all loving on each other.
